Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Events:
You may request a refund up to two (2) days before the event.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or reschedule pick-up/event tickets on the day of or the day before the event.
For Private Dining Experiences:
Due to the nature of our preparation, which begins up to a week in advance:
Full refund is available if cancelled 8 days or more before the event.
50% refund is available if cancelled 7 days before the event.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the event.
For Goods and Merchandise
We accept refund requests up to 3 days before your scheduled pick-up day.
All products are made in small batches, so we cannot offer refunds after that window.
Returns & General Refunds:
We take pride in offering carefully crafted food experiences. While all purchases are considered final sale, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.
