OPTION 4 - CORPORATE & GALLERY EVENTS
Curated botanical snacks and seasonal small bites for standing receptions, gallery openings, brand events, and intimate corporate gatherings.
Suitable for approximately 10–40 guests.
Menus and formats are developed according to the scale and nature of each event.
Rental plates, serving ware, and containers are available for an additional fee.
Minimum booking rate applies.
BUVETTE - PRIVATE SPACE RENTAL
Host your gathering at the Buvette at La Fabrique St-George.
An intimate, standing-focused space for private parties, dinners, workshops, pop-ups, brand events, photo shoots, and small cultural gatherings.
Private Rental
$900 / 4 hours
+ $100 cleaning fee
The four-hour rental period includes setup and breakdown time, extra hour is $200/hr.
Suitable for approximately 10–20 guests, depending on the format and setup.
Limited seating is available.
The Buvette includes access to the main event space, counter, and sink. Kitchen access is not included.(We don't rent the kitchen)
FOOD & WINE
Buvette can be rented as a standalone space, or food and wine can be added to your event.

Seasonal snacks, small plates, and custom event menus (Vegan/Vegetarian)are available upon request.
Wine
Wine selections from La Fabrique St-George are available as an add-on.
Holiday and peak-date pricing may apply.
BOOKING
Private dining and Buvette rentals are available by request.
Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Buvette rental bookings are generally accepted up to three months in advance, with earlier booking available for the December holiday season.
Once the details are confirmed, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
Travel, staffing, gratuity, rental, service, and other event-specific fees may apply depending on the format and location.
