the front space of La Fabrique St-George winery, 7 East 7th Vancouver BC, Canada.

An intimate, standing space for private parties,

dinners, brand events, photo shoots, and small cultural gatherings.

Rental fee
$900 / 4 hours
+ $100 cleaning fee

The four-hour rental period includes setup and breakdown time, extra hour is $200/hr.

Suitable for approximately 10–14 guests, depending on the format and setup.

Limited seating is available.

The Buvette includes access to the main event space,

counter, and sink. Kitchen access is not included.(We don't rent the kitchen)

Seasonal snacks, small plates, and custom event menus (Vegan/Vegetarian)are available upon request.

Wine
Wine selections from La Fabrique St-George are available as an add-on.

BOOKING

Studio rentals available by request.

Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

rental bookings are generally accepted up to 4 months in advance,

with earlier booking available for the December holiday season.

Once the details are confirmed, non-refundable $200 deposit is

required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
